"This is a great place to stay with a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for two people. The bed is comfortable. Communication with the letting agent is very good. They are helpful and responsive. We had a fantastic time and I would recommend this apartment and company."

"The lift needs fixing but that not the fault of the agent. Could prove difficult for some people. We were on the 6th floor. The apartment could benefit from a little TLC but nothing significant."

"The fact that the Electrical fried my converter ($45.)without even having my item on and killed my item (heat pad $49.) as well. I had a back injury I was hoping I could apply heat but completely forgot about the reviews regarding the old shotty Electrical issues. The glass in the oven was falling out of the oven(beware of this cause that can be a pricy charge for unexpecting guests) The bathroom had no Electrical outlets to blow dry your hair... so I had to use blow dryer near front door.. bathroom is extremely outdated. The lift is very tight 3 people max. No parking available for renters, had to buy parking somewhere else.. a good 20min walk witch is fine, when your back isn't throwen out, making the treck was a bit complicated. The owners should use just a small portion of the money they make to insulate wall from neighbor that is near the bathroom side could hear them watching TV clear as day at like 5am. Update all Electrical. Replace the oven (we were scared to use it, so we didn't get to because of the glass falling out) Mabe give access to laundry or put in washing machine.. especially since there is space to do this with the price you pay that should be an included amenity."

"The view of course is insane , your in the river so it’s full of life and good to people watch. French Singing from the river cruises can be heard on the balcony in the evening. The sparkle of the is breathtaking . Grocers and fruits stores are walking distance."

"The location was everything! Perfect view of the Eiffel Tower and Seine, walking distance to a wonderful farmer's market and museums. Amazing restaurant just next door. Building was secure. We felt safe. It had an elevator which was super convenient. It had good kitchen appliances and the bathroom was nice and modern. Great idea to have the nice fan in the bedroom and the extra adaptor was a nice touch."

"The shower design might need a rethink. You can't use the overhead rain shower without flooding the entire bathroom. Drain needs cleaning to manage the water flow into the shower. Host should warn guests about the party boat that plays very loud music between about 9:30pm to 11:00pm. If I had small children sleeping in the front room, this would have been a big problem. The kitchen could use more wine glasses. The hot water kettle didn't work or it caused the power to short so it would not turn on. Bathroom could use more hooks to hang towels, etc."

"Location and view were the best part of this apartment! Isn’t the most updated but that didn’t bother us at all. It was large and perfect for what we needed especially with a toddler."

"Check in process is a bit odd. Most AB&B type places do some sort of self check-in with codes or lock boxes. I was given a code for the first door but had to wait for someone to give me the key for the 2nd door. Instructions were to call or message 40 minutes ahead of arrival so that someone could meet you at the door to give you a key. I messaged on the booking.com platform 45 minutes prior to arrival and there still wasn’t anyone there to let us in. We had to wait another 20 minutes downstairs will our luggage and toddler before someone showed up."
